2023 - Rebranding
We discover our true visual identity and capture the authentic feel and essence of FINEPACK. In cooperating with brands of all sizes we gain a deeper understanding of their values and their relationship with design. We have refined our sustainable strategy for production, materials, and global distribution.
2021 - Global Reach
We expanded our network of subsidiaries, offering our products with greater affordability and speed across Europe, the United Kingdom, and the USA.
2019 - Subsidiaries
We created subsidiaries in France and Scandinavia and achieved a significant breakthrough by fulfilling complex orders for over 20 countries and distributing products to hundreds of warehouses and stores.
2017 - International Brand
Our name changes to become the European joint-stock company FINEPACK SE. This international label instils confidence in our customers throughout Europe, empowering our brand for global growth within the packaging industry.
2015 - European Debut
Hard work and persistence see us expand from the Czech market into Germany.
2022 - Sustainable Innovation
We committed to our sustainable efforts and drove research into innovative products and materials in collaboration with Paptic and Notpla. We ceased virgin plastic production and transitioned to recycled materials.
2020 - Resilience
In 2020 trade worldwide faced unprecedented challenges. Despite the challenges posed by the pandemic, we adapted to meet our clients’ needs. During the year, we achieved a 17% growth in production volume, strengthening our clients' sales. Additionally, we contributed 2.1 million masks to nonprofit organisations.
2018 - 1000+
We are overjoyed to sign over 1000 contracts, a significant milestone reflecting the valued trust of our clients.
2016 - Big Players
We began collaborations with Unilever, Casio, Buyer, BOIRON, Rossmann, and Samsung in developing new packaging models.
2014 - Strong Start
FINEPACK originates in a small office in the Czech Republic with our Founder and Business Director and we establish our pillars and company mission. We partner with T-Mobile and they remain a loyal client after almost ten years.

We are committed more than ever to our sustainable efforts and drive research into innovative products and materials in collaboration with Paptic and Notpla. We no longer produce packaging made from virgin plastic and instead transition to recycled materials.

Kristýna Halouzková
Head of Marketing

Kristýna identifies her role in marketing as a Brand Builder and Strategist. At FINEPACK she has applied these skills in successfully guiding the company through an extensive rebrand, sculpting our visual identity and giving fresh life to our online presence.

Kristýna has managed all elements required in establishing a company brand identity, from marketing strategy and online campaigns to competitive analysis. Through this, she understands how to effectively target and provide solutions for a client audience, and has navigated multiple campaigns to increase brand awareness, resulting in lead generation growth. Her expertise in brand development, strategy and communication has successfully elevated multiple private labels and larger corporations.

Kristýna believes in the connection of the mind, body and soul. Through travelling, sports and her commitment to self-improvement and growth she remains in competition only with herself which she finds to be the biggest motivator, and most fun, in life.

Head of Operations

Alexandra manages the streamlining of operational procedures, inclusive of exploring new packaging technology and product development for us to provide our clients with the best solution possible.

Head of Operations

Alexandra’s role is a balancing act of multiple projects, a mixture of established and prospective clients, of which several always run successively. Her previous experience in product management has honed her skills in multitasking where she can effectively prioritise, allocate, and supervise to create the most efficient workflow for herself and her team. She studied at Prague University of Economics and Business and holds a Master’s degree in Management.

Alexandra’s ability to utilise time is reflected in her choice to switch from reading books to listening to podcasts, so she can enjoy travelling while listening to her favourite shows. In the summer she likes to cycle and rollerblade, and in the winter to ski.

Zdeněk Brožek
Head of Logistics

Zdeněk orchestrates our entire logistics operations. With multiple client projects running consecutively, efficiency and time management are key to ensuring smooth transportation and delivery.

Zdeněk Brožek

Overseeing our logistics and warehousing processes is a complex task. It is a multi-functional organisational role working to a stringent schedule and requiring cooperation across several departments. Tailored proposals are created after consultation with our sales team, considering our client's timeframe, budget and sustainable preferences. Zdenek’s previous roles in account management were inclusive of purchasing, production and logistics, and always with an element of managing multiple projects at a time.

Music is a key part of Zdenek’s life and he often DJs, finding relaxation in music and attending festivals. Sports is another passion of his and he enjoys playing and watching football. At home, he also likes to cook and experiment with dishes from different parts of Asia.
